Vantix is a read-only trading journal you use in your browser. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect account details you provide (such as username, email, and password), broker connection details you choose to save, imported trade history and related journal data, support messages you send us, and basic technical data needed to operate the service (for example device/browser and session information).

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the journal (sync, history, analytics, calendar), secure your account, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and communicate important service updates. We do not use your trading data to place or modify trades on your behalf.

Broker credentials

If you connect a broker, credentials you save are stored securely and used only to import or refresh your trading history. Do not share your login password or broker password with anyone. Vantix is read-only and does not execute trades.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal or trading data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us run the product (for example hosting or broker connectivity), only as needed to operate the service, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep your account and journal data while your account is active. You may update profile details or deactivate your account from My Account. After deactivation, access is disabled; remaining data handling follows our operational and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can review and update your profile, change your password, manage broker connections, and deactivate your account from My Account. Contact us if you need help with a privacy request.
