Plans and renewal dates

Plus starts at $19 for 1 month and includes 3 auto-sync accounts (Cloud MT5, Tradovate), 10 statement-import accounts, and 10 AI analyses per day. Pro starts at $39 for 1 month and includes 10 auto-sync accounts, unlimited statement-import accounts, 50 AI analyses per day, live trade monitoring, Trading DNA and Personal Edge analytics, backtesting, and batch AI analysis. Periods of 3, 6, and 12 months are charged once for the whole period. Limits are the same for every period, and AI analyses reset every day at 00:00 UTC. A 7-day trial is available once, and a card is required to start it. The payment service sets the date the current period ends. My Account shows your plan, period, status, and that date.

How to cancel renewal

Sign in, open My Account, then Subscription. Choose cancel renewal. Auto-renewal stops. You are not charged for the next period. Access continues until the period end date shown on that page. You can turn renewal back on before that date.

Refunds

Fees for the current term are not refunded when you cancel, because access continues until that period ends. If a law where you live requires a refund, we will follow that law. Contact us and include the email on the account.

Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, we email you. Broker sync and new AI analyses stay available for 7 days after the first failure. After that they stop until the payment succeeds. Trades already in the journal stay visible. We do not retry the charge with a card stored in Vantix, because we do not store cards.

Cards

Card payments run on a Tranzila test terminal before any live charge is enabled. Vantix does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
