Agreement

By creating an account or using Vantix in your browser, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Read-only journal

Vantix is a trading journal and analytics tool only. It does not execute, copy, reverse, or modify trades on any broker or exchange account. Connecting a broker is solely for importing history and related account information you authorize.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access with others or attempt to access another user’s account.

Your content and connections

You are responsible for the accuracy of broker credentials and files you upload, and for complying with your broker’s terms. You may disconnect brokers or deactivate your account from My Account settings.

No financial advice

Statistics, scores, calendars, and reports are for personal journaling and education only. They are not investment, trading, or tax advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone decide how to trade.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload malicious files, or use Vantix for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse or security risk.

Data accuracy

Imported trades and balances depend on your broker feeds and files. Occasional delays, gaps, or differences versus your broker platform can occur. Always confirm important figures with your broker before making decisions.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantix and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, broker outages, or indirect damages arising from use of the journal.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may also be noted on the site or by email when appropriate.
